About Usable Help

Usable Help is writeen and produced by Gordon Meyer.

With over 25 years of experience using and programming personal computers, Gordon is a Chicago-based interaction and instructional designer for a famous computer company. He is a professional author and speaker on the topics of help system design and home automation.

Usable Help debuted July 2002 and was a finalist in the SXSW website competition for Best Developer's Resource. Other websites from Gordon include g2 meyer dot com and Nothing Up My Sleeve.
