Poorly written manuals cause rage

Janet Swisher, an Austin-based technical writer, observes in "Read Rage" Over Manuals that poorly written manuals can result in angry outbursts from customers, and she identifies some of the possible causes such as poorly ordered procedures and overly complex sentences.
