The processed Help book

Joseph J. Esposito provides several fascinating alternative views of eBooks in "The Processed Book." When Esposito writes "book" think "Help" and you'll find that it plays into discussions of user-contributed and user-annotated Help, shedding the baggage of paper-based documentation, and generally exploiting the characteristics of onscreen media. It's well worth reading, with ample juice to keep forward-thinking Help authors daydreaming for weeks. (Thanks, InfoDesign.)
