Microsoft Style Guide available online
As previously noted, every help author should have several style guides at hand, particularly if your company doesn't have one of its own. The latest Microsoft style guide is now available for downloading, but only in a format that requires a Windows computer. Too bad, as it could almost certainly be useful to the industry as a whole if it were available in a standard format.
